Calculating Child Support
A common question asked by divorcing parties is, "What child support will I pay or receive?" For your convenience we have included a link below to a Missouri Form 14 child support calculator. It will give you a starting point for determining your child support amount. However, do not assume that the calculated amount is the actual amount you will pay or receive. Although the calculations are governed by Missouri Supreme Court rules, there is a measure of "lawyering" involved in determining the amount ordered by the court. We are trained to use the rules to your best advantage, so talk to us to get a better idea of what your child support will be.
